  • Can I bring my own grips for installation?

    Yes. We are happy to install grips you have purchased elsewhere. While we source our inventory directly from manufacturers or reputable wholesalers, we can service grips you provide through our Bring Your Own Grip order.

  • How do I find the correct grip size for my clubs?

    You can start by using the Find Your Grip Size resource available on our website.

    For a more detailed assessment, you can schedule a comprehensive Grip Fitting (pending seasonal availability). This on-site service is $39, and the full cost of the fitting is provided as a credit toward any grips purchased through The Grippery.

  • Do you offer other club repair and maintenance services?

    No, we do not operate as a standard golf club repair shop. We specialize exclusively in grips and quick customizations that focus on immediate style and utility enhancements.

    In addition to grip installation and installation of CaddyWrap, the customization services we offer are:

    - Club Cuts and Extensions

    - Grip Saving

  • Do you still offer on-site support to golf clubs in the region?

    Yes. We continue to provide on-site services for partner country clubs and golf courses in the Greater Boston and Providence areas. Check our Event Schedule (pending 2026 events) and follow @TheGrippery on Instagram for the latest updates on our location.

  • What is your policy if I am unhappy with my installed grips?

    Grips are generally not eligible for return or refund once installed. If you believe there was an installation error, please notify your Certified Installer immediately upon pick-up or contact us at GripMe@TheGrippery.com with a copy of your Order Confirmation.

  • You don't have my grips listed as In Stock & Ready Grips, can I still order my preferred grips?

    Yes, we can place custom orders for grips we don't currently stock. As a smaller independent shop, we may not always have your preferred grip immediately available.

    If you choose to order from our Custom & Special Order list, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of placing the order. This ensures we can quickly secure and deliver your specialized grips.

  • Do you offer same-day installation?

    Yes, we do. We absolutely understand that grip emergencies come up, and you need your clubs back fast.

    To accommodate urgent requests, we offer same-day installation as a premium service that bumps your order to the front of the queue. Our standard turnaround time for all other orders is 2–3 business days.
