The 12 Days of Gripmas Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by The Grippery (referred to herein as "Sponsor"), located in the Continental U.S.

2. Contest Name

The contest is named "The 12 Days of Gripmas" (the "Contest").

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the Continental United States (CONUS) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of The Grippery, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Entities"), and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Promotion Entities are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Contest Period

The Contest consists of twelve (12 separate daily entry periods (each, a "Daily Contest Period"). Each Daily Contest Period begins at 12:00 AM EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on the same day. A new prize and entry post will be available each day for 12 consecutive days. Context ends 11:59 PM EST December 25, 2025.

5. How to Enter

To be eligible to win the Prize of the Day, participants must complete the following actions on the specific daily contest post on the official @thegrippery Instagram account:

A. Mandatory Entry (Required)

  1. FOLLOW @thegrippery on Instagram.

  2. LIKE the official daily contest post.

  3. TAG a minimum of three (3) unique Instagram accounts belonging to other golfers in the comments section of the post.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Eligible individuals may enter the contest by sending an email to GripMe@TheGrippery.com during the Daily Contest Period. The email must include the entrant's full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and the specific date and name of the Prize of the Day they are entering to win (e.g., "Day 1: Sweet Rollz La Pina Skinny Putter Grip"). One email entry per person per Daily Contest Period is permitted. Email entries must be received by the Sponsor before the close of the Daily Contest Period (11:59 PM EST) to be eligible for that day's prize drawing.

C. Bonus Entries (Optional, Instagram Only)

Participants entering via the Instagram Method of Entry may earn extra entries to increase their chance of winning:

  1. Story Share: Share the daily contest post to their own Instagram Story and tag @thegrippery. (Earns +1 Bonus Entry).

  2. Friend Follows: Ensure the three (3) tagged friends in the mandatory entry are also FOLLOWING @thegrippery. (Earns +1 Bonus Entry per friend follow verified by Sponsor).

6. Prize

There will be twelve (12) total winners, one for each Daily Contest Period. Each Daily Winner will receive the "Grip of the Day" as specifically described in that day's Instagram post (the "Prize").

Prize Conditions: The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any alternative product. The Prize is non-transferable. Shipping is limited to the Continental United States (CONUS) only.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) Daily Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during each Daily Contest Period. Selection will take place within 24 hours of the Daily Contest Period closing.

The Daily Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @thegrippery account. The winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a valid Continental U.S. shipping address. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
